A professionally managed US alternative impact investment fund seeking $100,000,000 in aggregate capital contributions.
With a disciplined approach based on our value-oriented investment strategy, the Fund focuses on a niche life settlement
market to build financial wealth for the investor, alongside humanitarian wealth for society. An impact investment wherein
capitalism works in unison with humanitarianism creating sustainable social change, without sacrificing financial gains.

Working to build financial wealth, NWLF is a unique opportunity leveraging pooled investment potential in an emerging market. The Fund focuses on the needs of the investor by providing capital growth, principal preservation, competitive returns, ROI liquidity with stabilized cash flow and multiple safeguards mitigating risk.  In addition to portfolio balance, the Fund is advantageous for both retirement and non-retirement accounts via approved alternative investment platforms. The Fund brings competitive market value to an otherwise distressed, discarded asset. A once dormant future benefit is now recognized as a liquid asset with a present-day value. With a high margin of safety and our proprietary buy and hold strategy, the Fund aims to achieve strong risk adjusted financial returns by capitalizing on high potential and long-term growth completely uncorrelated to the market. An open-ended fund with a designated exit strategy, the primary investor objective is to meet the lower risk tolerance yet higher return expectation of the fund investor. Total return is driven by income, growth and duration.

A vehicle to build humanitarian wealth. The Fund perpetuates respect and dignity, not charity. Assisting medically and financially burdened seniors afflicted with short-term life expectancy, the Fund’s humanitarian approach is a catalyst for individuals and their families to lighten the financial burden, replenish exhausted resources, bridge the gap to social and community resources and soften despair, thus enabling insured’s and their families to focus on the beauty of living. No one wants to feel as if they are a burden or hardship. The Fund brings value to a distressed asset, protecting the interest of the insured by providing financial resources to initiate important financial decisions to live out the remainder of their lives in the dignified manner of their choosing. NWLF is a means for capitalism to work in unison with humanitarianism to create sustainable social/environmental change, without sacrificing financial gains. Only by creating a win/win environment will impact investing reach critical mass, wherein businesses prioritize positive social and environmental impact, alongside financial gains.

NWLF is a unique opportunity leveraging pooled investment potential in an emerging market, sometimes referred to as a mutual fund of life settlements. All accredited investors and qualified institutions should assess life settlements as a potential investment. Historically large institutions such as Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway purchased billions of dollars in large face value, non-distressed life settlements to stabilize principle protection, mitigate the risk of other investments and create a consistent cash flow. NWLF is an investment vehicle for the small to medium accredited investor to accomplish the same portfolio balance. NWLF pools settled policies to create a diversified portfolio, with the goal of providing an attractive, competitive, risk-adjusted return. Life settlements are uncorrelated to stock market, bond market, interest rates, real estate, the political atmosphere or national/world economies. Classified as a Reg D offering, NW Life Funds, L.P. is limited to accredited investors and qualified institutions.

A Message From Fund Manager – William I Meyer

Change is a moveable force. It happens whether we like it, want it, or not. You can resist change, fight it, ignore it, or you can go with it and put forward the effort to make its force positive. It can push us towards renewal. The life insurance industry has gone through several periods of transformation, instigated by key historical events and changes in consumer needs. When I began my career in the life insurance industry in 1981, I was young, enjoying success, a wonderful family, focused on a bright future. Living under the guise of all is good today, so it will be good tomorrow, oblivious to the fast pace and toll of time. Without pomp and circumstance, without warning, time and change have a way of defining life. I have witnessed the evolution of the life insurance industry as time and change have redefined the foundation from a love product purchased to protect a family, into one of the strongest capital wealth formations of our country. My 34 years in the life insurance industry, has brought me the wisdom as we grow in life we discover time is also precious.

Early in my career the life insurance industry was experiencing a huge boom and I gained the privilege of several mentors who were dedicated to the foundation of this great industry, men who helped shape my view of the world. Great men who believed in the impact and legacy of the life insurance industry; Theodore Shallock, former head actuary of Mutual of New York, Skip Kerr a Professor at the American College and Matt Cole head of new products committee with Mutual of New York. In times of prosperity and deep depression, the industry has remained a resilient, pliable and steadfast investment. As the impact of life insurance trends towards the retirement and long-term care markets, I believe NW Life Funds is an agent for change, an expressive celebration of life in its many forms. Join me if you will in this.
